Return Eligibility

Items may be returned within 7 days of delivery, unused, in original condition, and with original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs within South Africa unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect.

Inspection & Approval

All returned items will be inspected. Refunds or replacements are issued only if the item meets our return criteria.

Defective Products

If you believe your product has a defect, contact us within the warranty period. The knife must be returned for inspection before any warranty decision is made.
